Pilot Travel Center

I want to take a moment to recognize Tiffany, a manager at Pilot Travel Center, for truly going above and beyond. The second time I visited this location, I had a bad experience. Tiffany stepped in, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was taken care of. What really stands out to me, though, is that her customer service didn’t stop with that one situation. Every time I come back, Tiffany makes it a point to make sure my experience is a good one. As a truck driver, I visit a lot of travel centers, and great customer service really does make a difference. Tiffany is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the customers who come through her location. She took a negative experience and completely changed my impression of this Pilot. Tiffany is a great example of what going above and beyond for a customer looks like, and her hard work and dedication deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Tiffany, for always making sure I’m taken care of!

New construction so its clean, however why is it that i come here the fuel pumps without fail are always down - ALL of them, not 1 or 2 or 3 - ALL?? Forgetting to pay the fuel bill? Pump issues? To my understanding those pumps are basically ney constructed so why are they always down?

Just wanted to give a review of his truck stop. It was nice pulling up for fuel and getting out on clean concrete instead of he usual.oil slick most truck stop fueling bays are, thank you for keeping the fuel bays washed and clean. There's plenty of parking and the food was good at Denny's. It's a A+ in my book compared to some of the dumps I've been to. The parking lost is nice as well instead of a crater or pot whole center like some truck stop parking lots.

Big shower room but a little actual shower space and no bench to sit on outside of the shower... Will not shower again unless I have too again. Easy clean up for them but sucked for me. Room was cold too and couldn't get out of the water or I'd be cold. Difficult to get clean...Whole floor soaked...

Clean store all around. It would be nice if the single cars were told to move from the RV spots; there was a lot of empty parking spots in the car lot. There’s a comfortable lounge area with microwaves in place. @memerios1020
